How to purchase

It's actually very easy.

 

Just check my pricelists and choose the coins that you are interested to add to your collection.

 

Send me (quetzalkoala@inwind.it) the detailed list of all the items that you wish to buy.

 

If you need to see pictures before you buy a coin, visit my official Facebook page here and check the albums. There are about 3000 pictures at the moment and I am trying to add more every day. If the coins you would like to see are not in the albums, just ask me and I will shoot some pictures for you.

 

As soon as you give me the final list of your order, I will send you a pro-forma invoice and a preview of the total cost (including postage).

 

I send via Registered Mail only. Postage depends on country and weight (see "Postage Costs" in this page).
 

Shipment is entirely at buyer's risk. Until now there have been no losses out of almost 700 shipments (except for one single case that is really suspicious because the buyer says he didn't receive the package but the tracking and the postal authorities of both countries confirmed that the package was delivered and the buyer has even signed for it), but in case the buyer wants to be 100% safe, please ask for Insured mail. The cost of insurance will depend on the value of the coins and in case of loss the buyer will be refunded according to the insurance rules, as soon as I receive the refund from the delivery company (Poste Italiane). Insured mail is only available for certain countries.

 

Booking coins: I keep them reserved for maximum 7 days. If I don't receive payment after 7 days, the booking is automatically canceled and the coins are available for anyone else to buy. 

 

My favourite method of payment is PayPal, but I am flexible and can accept other methods (bank transfer, Western Union, Moneygram, etc).

 

As soon as I receive the full payment I will send the coins to your address. 

 


Shipping Expenses

I send via Registered Mail only, because it's safer than regular mail.

I will add to every purchase the actual cost of the Registered mail, plus €0.35 for the padded envelope.
